PENGARUH POLA MAKAN DAN AKTIVITAS FISIK TERHADAP KEJADIAN HIPERTENSI PADA PASIEN RAWAT JALAN DI RSU HKBP BALIGE

Abstract

Penyakit hipertensi akan menjadi masalah yang serius, karena jika tidak ditangani sedini mungkin akan berkembang dan menimbulkan komplikasi yang berbahaya seperti terjadinya penyakit jantung, gagal jantung kongestif, stroke, gangguan penglihatan dan penyakit ginjal, dimana hipertensi dapat dicegah dengan menghindari faktor penyebab terjadinya hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pola makan dan aktivitas fisik terhadap kejadian hipertensi pada pasien rawat jalan RSU HKBP Balige. Penelitian ini menggunakan disain studi Case Controly ang dilakukan secara retrospektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menilai polamakan dengan metode diet history.Aktivitas fisik responden dihitung dengan menggunakan PAL (Physical Activity Level).Tekanan darah diukur dengan menggunakan Sphygmomanometer. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu pasien rawat jalan di RSU HKBP Balige. Populasi kasus adalah seluruh pasien penderita hipertensi berumur > 40 tahun yang rawat jalan di RSU HKBP Balige bulan Maret 2017 sampai dengan bulan Desember 2017. Populasi control adalah seluruh pasien berumur > 40 tahun tidak menderita hipertensi berdasarkan diagnosa dokter dan yang dirawat jalan di RSUHKBP Balige Bulan Desember  2017. Sampel dalam penelitian ini masing-masing 38 orang dari kelompok kasus (hipertensi) dan kelompok kontrol (tidak hipertensi).Analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis univariat, analisis bivariat dengan Uji Chi Square dan analisis multi variat dengan uji Regresi Logistik Berganda. Hasil penelitian ujibivariat menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara asupan lemak  (p=0,001; OR = 5,38), asupann garam (p=0,021;OR = 2,979), asupanserat (p=0,031; OR=3,432) dengankejadianhipertensi. Sedangkan pada uji multivariate menunjukkan ada pengaruh antara asupan lemak (p=0,000;Exp (β) =11, 665) dan garam (p=0,003; Exp (β) = 7,468) terhadap kejadian hipertensi. Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan di RSU HKBP Balige meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan khususnya penyaki hipertensi dan dapat memberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang polamakan dan aktivitas fisik yang baik sehingga dapat mengurangi resiko terjadinya hipertensi.

ABSTRACT


 


Hypertension can be a serious problem because when it is not well taken care of as early as possible, it will develop and cause dangerous complications such as heart failure, congestive kidney failure, stroke, sight problem and kidney problem. Hypertension can be prevented by avoiding the factors that cause it. The objective of the research was to find out and analyze the influence of eating pattern and physical activity on the prevalence of hypertension in the outpatient patients at RSU HKBP Balige. This research employed Case Control study design which is retrospectively done. It is conducted by assessing the eating pattern using diet history. Respondents’ physical activities were calculated by applying PAL (Physical Activity Level). The blood tension was measured by using Sphygmomanometer. The population was the outpatient patients at RSU HKBP Balige. The population of the case group was all hypertension outpatient patients who were > 40 years old at RSU HKBP Balige from March until December 2017. The population of the control group was all outpatient patients who were > 40 year old and were not suffered from hypertension according to the doctor’s diagnosis at RSU HKBP Balige in December 2017. The samples consisted of 38 people in each of the case group (hypertension patients) and the conrtol group (no hypertension). The data were analyzed using univariate analysis, bivariate analysis using Chi Square Testing and multivariate analysis  using Multiple Logistic Regression Testing. The results of the research demonstrated that there was a significant correlation of fat intake (p=0.001; OR = 5.38), salt intake (p=0.021; OR = 2.979), and fiber intake (p=0.031; OR = 3.432) with the prevalence of hypertension. Meanwhile, the multivariate analysis showed that fat intake (p=0.000; Exp (β)= 11.665) and salt (p=0.003; Exp (β) = 7.468) had some influence on the prevalence of hypertension. It is expected that the health personnel at RSU HKBP Balige improve the health services especially the hypertension and conduct health education about good eating pattern and physical activities in order to reduce the risk of hypertension.
